Kenpo International Hall of Fame

Participation and Information

Details regarding schedules, locations, instructors, inductees, and participation for the 2028 events will be announced through Tracy’s International Kenpo Karate Association.

The 2028 event is currently in planning stages.

All martial artists and Kenpo practitioners who share respect for the art and its traditions are welcome to engage with these events as information becomes available.

A Celebration of Kenpo — Across Lineage, Tradition, and Practice

  • The Gathering of Eagles – 1999-2026

  • The Kenpo International Hall of Fame – 2007-2026

These events were founded by Al Tracy and organized through the Tracy System. They are Kenpo-inclusive by design. They are not Tracy-exclusive events, but forums intended to bring together practitioners, instructors, and senior leaders from across the Kenpo world.

The Gathering of Eagles

The Gathering of Eagles was conceived as a high-level training and exchange event for Kenpo practitioners, regardless of lineage or organizational affiliation.

Its purpose has always been to:

  • Encourage cross-lineage dialogue within Kenpo

  • Share knowledge and technical insight

  • Preserve the core principles that unite Kenpo systems

  • Foster mutual respect among practitioners and instructors

The Gathering of Eagles is not a commercial seminar circuit or a promotional showcase. It is a meeting of serious practitioners who value depth, substance, and the responsible transmission of Kenpo.

Instruction at the Gathering reflects a wide range of experience and perspective, united by a shared respect for Kenpo’s foundations and continued evolution.

Kenpo International Hall of Fame

The Kenpo International Hall of Fame was established to recognize individuals whose contributions have had a meaningful and lasting impact on Kenpo as a whole, not on any single system.

Induction honors:

  • Technical contribution and instruction

  • Leadership and service to the Kenpo community

  • Preservation and advancement of Kenpo knowledge

  • Lifelong dedication to the art

The Hall of Fame is intentionally inclusive. Recognition is based on contribution and influence, not organizational affiliation. It serves as a historical record of Kenpo’s development through the individuals who helped shape it.

Hosted by the Tracy System, Open to Kenpo

Both the Gathering of Eagles and the Kenpo International Hall of Fame were created by Al Tracy and have historically been administered through the Tracy System of Kenpo Karate. This stewardship reflects organizational responsibility—not ownership of Kenpo itself.

These events exist to serve the broader Kenpo community, providing structure and continuity while remaining open and inclusive.

A Shared Moment for Kenpo

The Gathering of Eagles and Kenpo International Hall of Fame represent an opportunity for Kenpo practitioners across systems to come together in a spirit of mutual respect, shared history, and continued learning.
